South African TV presenters Janez Vermeiren (twitter.com/janez_vermeiren) and Siv Ngesi (twitter.com/iamSivN), energized by their boisterous and charismatic personalities, set out to depict the fun, wonderful attractions of global cities, as they travel around the world in an attempt to experience as much of a city/place in a very short period of time. Wanting to truly experience something inherently Chinese during their visit to Hong Kong, they decided to stop by Master Chow’s Institute to learn more about the 700 year old traditional and ancient art form of Praying Mantis Kung Fu.
