Master Chow Chin Ching is passionate about training the next generation of Chinese Martial Arts experts. He will teach a very traditional form of Southern Praying Mantis Shao Lin Kung Fu. With his guidance children will learn: Confidence Discipline Focus Courage and Respect.
Class Focus:
1. power and speed techniques
2. chi power and breathing for good health and combat
3. improving physical fitness
4. strengthening the immune system
5. training with traditional Kung Fu practicing methods
We teach real Kung Fu (not performance Kung Fu) which requires a lot of hard work and dedication.

Terms and Conditions
- Fees for the following month must be paid on the last lesson. No refunds will be issued.
- No classes will be held on public holidays.

No classes will be held if a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black rainstorm warning is issued.
Class will be cancelled if the warning is lowered less than 2 hours prior to the scheduled class start time. Class will not be cancelled, If the warning is lowered not less than 2 hours before the scheduled class time. - Please contact your instructor to check on the status of a class if an Amber or Red Rainstorm warning is issued.
