Master Chow Ching Ching, who was born into a Martial Arts family and is founder of Chen Style Tai Chi Institute, inherited Kwong Sai Bamboo Forest Temple Praying Mantis Kung Fu from his father. Chow is also the inheritor of Southern Praying Mantis Kung Fu. He was one of the last students to study under Old Grandmaster Ip Sui who taught him Chow Gar Praying Mantis.

Throughout the years countless numbers of people have learned from Master Chow’s expertise. Some of his students have been instructors of Kung Fu and Tai Chi who have taught for many years and some were already Kung Fu experts that already achieved a certain standard in martial arts.
Master Chow is often invited to collaborate with major local and international groups including HSBC, Chanel, Audi Formula E. World Champions, English Football Team Tottenham Hotspurs, The Bank of China, Van Cleef & Arpels, Cacheron Constantin, McKinsey and Company, Adidas and Mercedez Benz to name a few. He is also frequently invited to give Tai Chi demonstrations at venues across Hong Kong.
Over the years Master Chow has been interviewed by numerous magazines and newspapers. He published a Tai Chi bible “Chen Style Sudden Thunder Tai Chi (Chinese version) which can be found in major HK bookstores and libraries.
Not only is Master Chow highly respected by his Hong Kong students he is also greatly admired by his students from around the world.
